Order Alert for Lightspeed is a mobile app (iOS & Android) that compiles a live stream of your orders and related details, allowing you to monitor everything that is happening in your store without manually checking your administration.

You’ll be notified whenever an order is created, updated, paid, and shipped.

Do Order Alert for Lightspeed app’s prices include VAT?

Order Alert for Lightspeed is designed to show prices exactly the way users see them in their webshop interface. Some webshops include VAT others don’t.

How to connect to Lightspeed?

It is really simple, all you have to do is to follow 3 steps:

• Select your online store cluster (EU or US)
• Type in your store ID
• Log in with your email and password

How can I switch between periods?

You may set up the time period in the drop-down menu at the top right. You can choose from several pre-built periods.
 

How can I deactivate / delete my account?

Just easily log out of the app or delete the mobile app.
